摘要 从金属腐蚀现状入手,介绍灰色关联度和因子分析2种数学方法,运用两种分析方法对采集到的新疆某油田腐蚀的原始数据进行独立分析处理,灰色关联法得出影响因素关联度排序;因子分析对腐蚀影响因素进行整合归类,得到2个影响因子。结合两种方法提出了一种新的辨识腐蚀主因素的方法,并给出了参考意见。 This paper gave an introduction of the status of metal corrosion firstly. And then introduced two kinds of mathematical method of grey correlation analysis and factor analysis and used them to analyze the raw data on corrosion obtained from the Xinjiang Oil Field. The grey correlation method was used to analyze the rank on correlation degree of the influence factors. Factor analysis was used to combine and c, lassify those factors and two main factors were obtained consequently. Combining the two methods above, a new method to identify main corrosion factors was proposed. Moreover, some suggestions were provided as well
