摘要
通过电化学阻抗和动电位极化方法确定了鹰潭土壤模拟溶液的可靠性,考察了温度、溶解氧、pH值和电导率等环境因素对X70管线钢在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,并通过灰关联分析将这四种因素对X70钢腐蚀速率的影响进行了分析。结果表明:该模拟溶液具有与鹰潭水饱和土壤相同(相似)的腐蚀机理,能够反映实际土壤的腐蚀特性;环境因素对X70管线钢在鹰潭土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀速率影响大小的顺序为电导率、溶解氧、温度、pH值。
The reliability of Yingtan soil simulated solution was investigated by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization curves. The effect of environmental factors, including dissolved oxygen, temperature, conductivity and pH, on the corrosion resistance of X70 pipeline steel in Yingtan soil simulated solution was evaluated using grey relational space analysis. The Yingtan soil simulated solution showed a corrosion mechanism similar to water saturated Yingtan soil , and the tests in the solution can reveal the soil characteristics. According to the grey relational space analysis, the degree of association between corrosion rate and environment factors decreased in the following order: solution conductivity 〉dissolved oxygen 〉 temperature pH.
