剖析进口料制定目标;把试生产的EP548R与进口料对比,确认基础树脂的质量;通过成核剂配方筛选,结合生产试验和客户反馈,选出最佳配方;把EP548R与竞争牌号性能对比。EP548R的刚性与进口料相当,韧性优于进口料。已经在客户中取代了进口料,稳定地供应市场。EP548R与国产料相比,表现出更好的刚韧平衡。
Properties of foreign competitors were tested and analyzed for goal setting. Properties of first produced EP548R and foreign competitors were compared. The quality of the basic resin of EP548R was confirmed. According to nucleating agents selection compounding trial results, plant trial and customers＇ feedback, the best recipe of nucleating a- gent was selected. EP548R was compared with foreign and internal competitors in physical properties. EP548R was reached the level of foreign competitors in stiffness and EP548R was better than foreign competitors in toughness. EP548R was replaced foreign competitors in customers and provided to marketing stably. EP548R was better than internal competi- tors in the balance of stiffness and toughness.
