摘要
文章分析了教学研究型高校开展订单式人才培养的必要性,订单式人才培养模式较传统人才培养模式的优势,并对基于校企合作开展订单式人才培养的模式进行简要阐述,最后结合华侨大学机电及自动化学院与相关企业合作开展订单式人才培养的实践得出相关结论。
The necessity of training the talents according to the ＂orders＂,namely the need of the employers,is discussed.This educational model has obvious advantage comparing to the traditional ones.The teaching model is introduced with the practical cases of the cooperation between business unites and School of Mechanical engineering ND Automation in huaqia University.
