摘要
美国企业参与职业教育的方式主要包括直接参与方式与非直接参与方式,具体表现为通过捐赠资源、提供实习机会等推动学校本位学习项目和工作本位学习项目的发展。从参与企业的规模与类型、行业类型、提供活动类型等角度来看,规模较大企业、非营利性企业参与程度较高,新型的通讯专业、传统的服务行业的企业参与比例较大,大型企业较其他企业更倾向于提供工作实习和工作见习项目。
The ways of American employer participating in vocational education usually include direct partic- ipation and indirect participation. They promote the development of the school-based program and workbased program by donating and providing workplace experience etc. According to the scale, type, industry type of employers, we can find that large-scale and nonprofit employers have a high proportion to participate in the vocational education, and the communication industry and the service industry also have a high proportion. Large-scale employers provide more intern:ship programs than small-scale employers.
