血清中抗SSA、SSB抗体阴性原发性干燥综合征患者的特点 被引量：7

摘要 原发性干燥综合征（primary Sjsgren’syndrome，pSS）是一种以淋巴细胞浸润为特征的自身免疫性疾病，临床上主要表现为由于外分泌腺受累而引起的口、眼干燥等症状，常可累及多个脏器。近年来研究表明，pSS患者的血清中存在多种自身抗体，如抗SSA、抗SSB等，这些自身抗体对pSS的早期诊断具有重要的意义。但在目前的实验室诊断技术下，仍有部分pSS患者的血清中检测不到相应的自身抗体，这给临床诊断带来了一定的困难。
