摘要
文章首先对中职学校职业生涯规划课程的实施现状以及其中存在的问题进行了分析,认为当前中职学校职业生涯规划课程教学存在以下问题:教学安排流于形式,严谨性和科学性不足;教师缺乏实践体验,授课内容空洞;教学方法简单枯燥,吸引力不强;接着,对如何改善该课程的实施效果提出了以下对策:将职业生涯规划课程教育分阶段、全过程化;将实践教学作为基本的教学方式;增加更多的职业实践和体验活动。
First the article analyzes the status of implementation of the vocational school ＂career planning courses＂ and existed problems,that the current vocational school＂ career planning courses＂ teaching has the following problems：teaching arrangements mere formality,rigor and scientificinsufficient;teachers lack practical experience,lectures empty;teaching method is simple and boring,not attractive;then,on how to improve the effect of the implementation of the course the following countermeasures：career planning course＂ education in stages,the whole process;practice teaching as a basic teaching methods;increase in professional practice and experience activities.
