摘要
根据高职食品营养与检测专业特点,结合工学交替对学生的要求,对食品微生物学教学存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进方案。
According to characteristics of food nutritional and testing professional in vocational college, combining with the requirement to students by alternation of working and learning, the problems of food microbiology teaching are analyzed, and the improvement program is put forward.
