摘要
研究电子交流调压电路以改善性能的问题,传统电子交流调压采用控制移相角的方法调节输出电压,输出波形为缺块正弦,严重畸变,波形谐波频谱丰富且幅度大,影响电能质量。为克服输出波形畸变、减少谐波及其对电网的影响,提出占歇比控制法,以单片机为核心元件组成智能触发电路,使调压器输出波形为完整周期正弦,能减小谐波影响。使用Proteus软件进行仿真,结果显示后者波形为无缺块正弦、频谱数及高次谐波明显少、无50Hz倍频,证明可改善谐波影响,具有实用意义,为电路的优化设计提供了科学依据。
ABSTRACT:The research on the electronic AC voltage regulator for improving performance was carried. The tradi- tional electronic AC voltage regulator regulates the output voltage by changing the thyristor operating angle. The out- put waveforms are missing part sine, and seriously distort. These waveforms have not only the abundant harmonics but also the high amplitude, which affects the quality of the power energy. A method of controlling duty factor was put forward in order to eliminate the distortion, and reduce the harmonics influence in the power network. It is made of the intelligent trigger circuits that take the microcomputer as the core. It can output the complete period waveforms from the regulator and reduce the influence of the harmonics. The circuits were simulated by Proteus and analyzed in FFT. The results indicate that the latter's waveforms are non - missing part sine, and the spectrums and the high or- der harmonics are obviously reduced. There is no 50Hz frequency muhiplication. It is proved that the method of con- trolling duty factor can improve the harmonics influence, has practical meaning, and provides the scientific evidence for the optimized design of the circuits.
