摘要
为提高通用变频器的性能,克服其输出电压中丰富谐波影响设备的运行效率甚至造成设备和电缆损坏的不足,从通用变频器的输出谐波特性即谐波的分布特点以及LC滤波器的幅频特性出发,提出应用LC滤波器和通用变频器设计变频电源的工程设计方法.首先根据L,C参数的选择原则确定L,C参数大致的取值,然后利用Matlab 7.0的Simulink工具对系统进行仿真,得到最优参数,并实际设计1台基于VACON通用变频器的30 kVA变频电源.实验结果验证应用LC滤波器和通用变频器设计变频电源的可行性,证明该变频电源工程设计方法的有效性和实用性.
To advance the performance of the general frequency converters and get over the disadvantages that the output voltage of the general frequency converters contain rich harmonics which reduce the operating efficiency of system and even damage the wires and equipment, the engineering design method of variable frequency power supply based on LC filter and general frequency converter is put forward based on the harmonic characteristics of the general frequency converter's output voltage and the amplitude-frequency characteristics of LC filer. First, to obtain the approximate LC parameters depending on the selecting principle of LC parameter, then optimize the LC parameters by simulating with the Simulink tool of Matlab 7.0, a practical 30 kVA variable frequency power supply based on VACON general frequency converters is designed. The feasibility for the design of the variable frequency power supply based on LC filter, the feasibility and practicability of the general frequency converter, and the proposed method of variable frequency power supply are rectified by the experiments.
