摘要
本文针对土地粗放利用盛行,土地资源日趋匮乏的背景,通过对"工业梯田"开发模式案例的对比研究,提出山地工业园必须因地制宜、综合利用"工业梯田"开发模式,才能找到具有地域特点的低成本高效益的开发途径。
