摘要
目前浙江省的耕地资源日趋紧张,作为经济发展主力军的工业建设用地相对匮乏,但是浙江省的山地资源非常丰富,低丘缓坡面积比较大,可以作为重要的土地后备资源.而在工业建设发展中,低丘缓坡的开发利用出现了耕地质量受损、社会不公平现象和生态破坏等问题,因而针对出现的主要问题提出了相关对策,使低丘缓坡开发之路保持通畅.
At present Zhejiang Province farmland resource is becoming nervous, as the main force of economic development, the land for industrial construction is relatively scarce. But the mountain resources in Zhejiang Province is very rich, gentle hillside areas are relatively large and can be used as an important reserve land resources. However, in industrial construction some problems of the gentle hillside appeared, including in quality of cultivated land is impaired, social injustice and the ecological damage and other problems. The related countermeasures according to the problems were put forward to make gentle hillside development smoothly.
