摘要
在盐碱地和盆栽控盐条件下 ,研究了联合固氮工程菌对水稻耐盐性的诱导效应。结果表明 ,在盐渍条件下 ,联合固氮工程菌能减轻水稻植株的盐害 ,增强水稻叶片超氧化物歧化酶活性 ,减少丙二醛的生成 ,能有效提高水稻叶片的光合效率和水稻产量。
Effects of engineered diazotrophs(Alcaling enes faecalis) on salt tolerance of rice in field and pot were studied. The results indicated that engineered diazotrophs increased SOD activity and photosynthetic rate and decreased MDA content of rice leaves under salt stress. The yield of rice in salinized field was promoted over 17% when inoculated with engineered deazotrophs. The basic theory on improvement of salt tolerance in rice by using engineered diazotrophs is also presented in this paper.
