摘要
以水稻威优48及浙辐802为材料,比较研究了旱地耐寒育秧(旱秧)与常规水土育秧(水秧)幼苗的抗冷性,结果表明:4℃黑暗低温胁迫3天及5天后,旱秧死苗率、电解质及可溶性糖渗漏率、光合与呼吸速率的降低率以及自由水含量/束缚水含量均低于相应水秧,说明旱秧比水秧抗冷性强。
Using rice materials of Wei You 48 and Zhe Fu 802,the chilling-resistances of seedlings raised in drought soil and water soil are comparatively studied. The results are as follows:Treatment seedlings with 4℃ in darkness for 3 and 5 days ,the dead seedling rate,the leakage percentage of total electrolytes and soluble sugars. the decreased pecentage of photosynthetic and respiratory rates and the free water content/combined water content of seedlings raised in drought soil are lower than those of that in water soil,so the chillingresistance of seedlings raised in drought soil is greater than that of seedlings raised in water soil.
