螳螂共生真菌TG-3次生代谢产物的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的对螳螂共生真菌TG-3的次生代谢产物进行研究。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、高效液相等方法对TG-3发酵液的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离和纯化,并运用波谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从发酵产物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为1,4-dimethyl-3[(4'-γγ-dimethylallyloxyphenyl)methyl]-3,6-bis(meth-ylthio)piperasine-2,5-dione(1)、fusaperazine E(2)、cyclo-(Gly-Tyr)4,4-dimethylallyl ether(3)、bisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(4)、胶酶毒素(5)、didehydrobisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(6)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(7)、尿嘧啶(8)。结论以上化合物均为首次从TG-3中分离得到。 AIM To study the secondary metabolites from symbiotic fungus TG-3 associated with Tenodera aridifolia.METHODS The compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extracts of symbiotic fungus TG-3 associated with Tenodera aridifolia fermentation liquid by different separation techniques,such as silica gel,Sphadex LH-20 column chromatography,and HPLC.The structures were elucidated by means of comprehensive spectroscopic methods.RESULTS Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 1,4-dimethyl-3[(4′-γγ-dimethylallyloxyphenyl)methyl]-3,6-bis(methylthio)piperasine-2,5-dione(1),fusaperazine E(2),cyclo-(Gly-Tyr)4,4-dimethylallyl ether(3),bisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(4),gliotoxin(5),didehydrobisdethiobis(methylthio)gliotoxin(6),phthalic acid dibutylester(7),and uracil(8).CONCULSION All of these compounds are obtained from symbiotic fungus TG-3 associated with Tenodera aridifolia for the first time.
