量化管理等精细化管理已成为当今管理的趋势。随着IT服务行业的蓬勃兴起,IT服务能力的提升已成为越来越多服务提供者关注的焦点,介绍了基于能力成熟度模型(CMM)的IT服务能力成熟度评价模型。
Quantitative and fine management are the trend for management. IT service is a prosperous business, therefore the capability of service obtains more providers ＇attention. An IT service maturity assessment model based on capability maturity model is introduced.
