摘要
为了更好地评估登陆作战效能,建立了评估登陆作战效能的指标体系,采用了将AHP和灰色理论结合起来的评估方法。首先利用层次分析法确定各因素的权重,然后运用灰色理论对登陆作战效能进行综合评判,得出的登陆作战效能评估结果可为决策者提供一定的量化分析和判断依据。
To better evaluat the efficiency of landing operation, a index system of the efficiency valuation id buile up. An valuation method that combines AHP with gray theory is adopt. Firstly the approach solves the weights of the impact factors with AHP, and then makes use of the gray heory to synthesize judge the effieieney, the evaluation result can provide a certain quantity to analyze and judge for the command decision.
