萤火虫成像技术在超声诊断乳腺肿瘤微钙化中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨萤火虫成像技术在超声诊断乳腺肿瘤微钙化中的应用价值。方法对96例乳腺肿瘤患者常规进行高频超声检查,观察肿瘤的大小、形态、边界及内部回声,然后应用萤火虫成像技术对上述患者肿块内微钙化进行观察,记录乳腺肿瘤微钙化的形态、分布和排列情况。结果萤火虫成像技术检出恶性乳腺肿瘤微钙化63例,常规高频超声检出恶性乳腺肿瘤微钙化53例,两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),萤火虫成像技术更有利于分辨微钙化的形态分布。结论萤火虫成像技术显示乳腺肿瘤微钙化能力强,有助于超声早期发现乳腺癌。 Objective To assess the applieation value of MieroPure imaging technology in ultrasonic diagnosis of breast tumor micro calcification . Methods 96 patients with breast tumor were examined with high frequency ultra- sound, observing tumor size, shape, boundary and internal echo, and then applying mieropure imaging technology to observe the tumor micro-calcification and record its morphology, distribution and arrangement. Results 63 micro calcification were detected by MieroPure imaging technology in patients with malignant tumor of breast ,while 53 micro calcification were detected by high fi'equency ultrasound,there was significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ). MieroPure imaging technology was more superior in differentiating the morphology distribution of micro calcification. Conclusion MieroPure imaging technology has advantage in detection of micro calcification in breast tumor, which suggests it has the ability to discover early breast cancer.
