摘要 目的 评价乳腺癌主要声像图改变的诊断价值,提高超声诊断的准确性。方法 回顾分析96例乳腺癌患者和45例乳腺良性肿块患者的超声检查资料,对6项二维超声征象及2项血流特征做了单项和组合的诊断性试验。结果 乳腺癌的超声征象可分为高敏感性和高特异性两组。同时具备两组中的征象并达到4项或4项以上时,诊断乳腺癌的敏感性及特异性均较高。结论 综合评价乳腺癌各种超声征象可提高乳腺癌诊断的准确性。 Objective The study was to evaluate the ultrasonographic appearances of breast cancer and to promot understanding. Methods The breast sonography of 96 patients with breast cancers and 45 patients with benign breast masses were retrospectively reviewed. The main ultrasound features of the breast cancer, such as irregular boundary, blurred margin, posterior echo attenuation, longitudinal/sagittal ratio (L/T) larger than 1, hyperechoic speck, axillary lymphadenopathy and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) were recorded. The diagnostic accuracy was calculated by the various features combinations. Results The breast cancers could be grouped by high sensitivity or specificity features. The L/T>1, micro hyperechoic speck , axillary lymphadenopathy and grade Ⅲ color flow signal had higher specificity. The masses with both features of the two groups or more than four characteristics had much higher specificity and sensitivity of breast cancer. Conclusion The coordinated analysis of breast cancer ultrasonic features helped to promot the diagnostic accuracy.
