脑钠肽在妊娠高血压性心脏病中诊断与病情预测的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的阐明脑钠肽(BNP)水平与妊娠期高血压性心脏病患者发病的关系。方法检测1426例妊娠期高血压疾病(妊高病)患者和3221例正常妊娠妇女血浆脑钠肽水平,比较妊高病患者与正常妊娠妇女、妊高病无心脏病患者与并发心脏病患者血浆脑钠肽水平,分析脑钠肽水平与临床参数的关系。结果妊高病患者血浆BNP水平明显高于正常妊娠妇女(P<0.01)。妊高病患者中,心脏病患者BNP水平高于无心脏病患者(P<0.05)。BNP水平与妊娠高血压性心脏病患者的年龄、孕周、经产与否、胎数无关,与患者心功能分级密切相关(P<0.01)。结论 BNP在妊娠高血压性心脏病的诊断与病情评估中发挥重要作用,可作为潜在的生物靶点。 Objective To clarify the relationship between BNP and pregnant hypertension induced heart disease.Methods BNP in 1426 pregnant hypertension samples and 3221 normal pregnancy was detected.BNP in patients was compared to the normal,and it in patients without heart disease was compared to those with heart disease.The correlation of BNP and clinical data was analyzed.Results BNP in patients was higher than the normal.In the patients group,BNP in those with heart disease was higher than those without.There was no relationship between BNP and age,pregnant weeks,multiparity and embryo number.But it was related to cardiac functional grading.Conclusion BNP could be a marker for it playing a role in diagnosis and condition prediction of pregnant hypertension induced heart disease.
