摘要
目的探讨不同原因、不同程度心功能不全的晚期妊娠合并心脏病患者的妊娠结局。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院2000～2008年收治的40例晚期妊娠合并心脏病患者的临床资料。结果妊娠高血压性心脏病和心律失常是最常见的晚期妊娠合并心脏病。40例患者中,剖宫产分娩25例,自然分娩14例,死亡4例。结论妊娠合并心脏病是威胁孕产妇和围生儿生命的最危险的并发症,是孕产妇死亡的重要原因之一。加强孕期监测,早期预防,及时治疗,选择正确方式适时终止妊娠,可获得良好结局。
Objective To explore the result of late pregnancy complicated with heart diseases with different cause and different heart function. Methods The clinical dafas of 40 patients of late Pregnancy complicated with heart disease in my hospital from 2000 to 2008 to were admitted to study. Results pregnancy complicated with heart disease and arrythmia the formation rate was common. Of 40 cases of late pregnancy complicated with heart diseases, 25 cases were cesarean section, 14 cases delivered vaginally, 1 case died before delivery, and 4 cases died in end. Conclusion Pregnancy complicated with heart diseases is the most dangerous complication for mother and baby. Strong monitoring, early prevention, right therapy, the proper method and timing to terminate pregnancy will be helpful to best results.
