摘要
苏州市姑苏区以优质均衡发展为目标,抱团组建了纵向与横向多个共同体。为整合优质教育资源,促进学校共同发展,建设了"校际发展共同体"和"文化传承共同体";为实现名师资源共享,促进师资共同发展,建设了"名特教师共同体"和"区域校长俱乐部";为创新教育教学理念,促进学生全面发展,建设了"阳光德育导师团"、"学科研修共同体"和"特色项目共同体"。
Gusu District of Suzhou City, taking quality and balance development as the goal, has jointly established quite a few communities in vertical and horizontal directions. To integrate fine education resources promoting school joint development, interschool development and cuhure inheritance communities have been constructed; To realize the goal of sharing famous teacher resources promoting teacher-student joint development, famous and special-class teacher community and local headmaster club have-been built up; To innovate ideas of teaching and education promoting students＇ development in a well＇rounded way, sunshine moral education tutorship organizatiori, subject research and training community, and characteristic project community have been established as well.
