摘要
通过对目前我国建筑业的发展情况与人才需求以及高职建筑工程技术专业人才培养现状的分析,提出了以培养高素质技能型人才为目标,以职业岗位能力形成为主线,以工学结合为手段,以校企合作为平台的人才培养模式,为实现高职教育与企业用人需求的"零距离"对接提供了新的思路。
Through the analysis on the development situation and personnel demands of Chinese construction industry and the personnel training situation of higher vocational architectural engineering technology profession, the paper proposes a training mode which takes training high-quality skilled personnel as the target, achieving the vocational position ability as the main clue , combining learning and working as the measures and School-Enterprise cooperation as the platform which provides a new idea to achieve ＂zero distance＂ face to face for high vocational education and enterprises ＂personnel demands.
