弥漫型大B细胞淋巴瘤的治疗进展 被引量：9

摘要 弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,DLBCL)是非霍奇金淋巴瘤中最常见的病理类型,其在病理组织形态学、分子遗传学、临床特征和预后等方面具有明显异质性。以CHOP方案为主的联合化疗仅使得大约35%患者长期生存,近十年来,随着联合化疗效果的改善及抗CD20单抗的使用,免疫化学治疗DLBCL的临床效果取得了长足的进步,患者的长期生存率进一步得到提高。本文将介绍近几年DLBCL在治疗方面的研究进展。
