摘要
水分是影响击穿电压的主要因素,因此控制变压器油的水分含量成为提高变压器油击穿电压关键。文章介绍了低水分变压器油生产工艺,提出真空过滤机脱水和干燥压缩风气封在低水分变压器油中的应用。考察了不同温度、不同处理速度、不同水分含量变压器油下的脱水效果,以及不同气封压力、不同存储时间下气封系统的效果。实验表明真空脱水和气封系统联合工艺能够满足低水分变压器油生产的要求。
Moisture has such a huge influence on breakthrough voltage that it is of great significance to control moisture content in transformer oil. This article talks about the production process of low moisture content transformer oil as well as the application of dehydration by vacuum filter and dry compressed gas seal in the oil production. The dehydration effect of transformer oil at different temperature, processing speed and moisture content was assessed, so was the gas seal effect at different pressure and storage time. Experiments showed that a combined process of vacuum dehydration and gas seal system is able to meet the demands in low moisture content transformer oil production.
