摘要
对中国石油克拉玛依石化分公司稠油常三线馏分经不同加工工艺生产的产品,进行了干燥脱水和吸湿性试验,考察油品烃组成与亲水能力之间的关系,为变压器油的生产与使用提供指导。试验表明:芳烃含量是决定油品脱水难易程度的决定性因素,同时,对于高芳烃含量的油品,在相同条件下其吸水速率与溶水度也高于低芳烃油品。
The dehydrating test and hydroscopic test are done on several products made from atmospheric cut 3 distillates of heavy crude by means of various processes for studying the relations between aromatic hydrocarbon compositions of oils and hydrophilicity in order to instruct the production and application of transformer oil. The results of tests show that the aromatic hydrocarbon content is the dominant factor of influencing the water absorption and dehydration of oils. At the same time, the hydroscopic rate and the saturation of water of products with high aromatic hydrocarbon content are superior to the one of products with lower aromatic hydrocarbon content on the same conditions.
