摘要
大肠癌是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,大量研究表明其发病率和病死率有逐年上升的趋势。大肠癌筛查有助于发现早期的大肠癌,使患者得到早期诊治,从而减少病死率,提高患者的存活率和存活期。可用于大肠癌筛查的方法较多,但目前研究发现国内外人群对各种筛查方法的依从性普遍较低,而影响筛查依从性的原因又是复杂多样的。总结分析大肠癌筛查依从性影响因素的相关研究,对提高大肠癌筛查工作的质量、促进大肠癌的早期诊治有重要意义。
Colorectal cancer（ CRC ）is one of the common cancers. A number of studies found that the incidence and mortality are increasing in recent years. Screening can detect the early stage of CRC, to give early treatment,then reduce the mortality of CRC, improve survival rate and survival period. Although the methods of diagnosis of CRC are abundant, at present the compliance of both domestic and foreign population is low,which has complex reasons. Summarizing and analyzing the relevant factors of colorectal cancer screening compliance is important to improve the quality of the colorectal cancer screening work and promote the early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
