不同仓型小麦储藏品质变化规律研究 被引量:3

摘要 对入库储藏在不同仓型内的同种、同年限及同产地的小麦,进行了持续三年的定期跟踪扦样检测,研究其储藏品质变化规律并对比其变化趋势。试验表明:随着储藏时间的延长,容重、硬度指数、杂质、色泽、气味等品质指标并未有明显变化,而不完善粒、面筋吸水量、品尝评分值,均有下降趋势,且平房仓劣变趋势明显大于高大平房仓,试验结果有利于指导今后在高温高湿地区气候条件下小麦的长期安全储藏。 The wheat stored in different type storehouses was determined by taking sample for three years term- ly, then the storage quality change rule and the change tendency were studied. The results showed that as the storage time processed, the test weight, the hardness index, the foreign material, the colour and odour had no obvious chang. The unsound kernel, the water absorption of gluten and the tasting assessment val- ue all changed worse, and the change was more obviously in storehouse than in the large warehouse. The whole study was beneficial to direct the long term storage of wheat in high temperature and humidity re- gional climate condition.
