摘要
激光和光电子产业具有技术复杂性和地理集聚性的特征.依据新技术创新过程的网络化范式特征,从外部环境、产品差异、创新差异、创新主体差异等方面研究了影响创新网络构建的因素.认为创新联盟、合作研发和人才交流是适合不同光电子产业领域、不同产业集聚阶段的创新网络形式.随着网络内部联系紧密程度逐步降低,网络节点的地理临近性可能不断提升.创新网络结构、内容和节点之间关系的不断变化将导致网络始终处于动态变化之中.鉴于激光和光电子产业的战略地位和创新网络的基本属性与动态演化,建议产业后进国家政府通过政策的全面性、多层次性和专业性来促进适合的创新网络建设.
The laser and photonic industry is featured by technological complication and geographical agglomeration. Based on the network paradigm of technological innovation, the construction of innovation network is influenced by industrial external environment, production and innovation feature, enterprises' character. The existing cooperative innovation networks such as innovation alley, cooperation R&D and human resources communication are suitable for the different sectors and stages of development of laser and photonic industry. With the decrease of network internal connection, the geographical closeness of nodes is possible to rise. The continuous change of network structure, contents and nodes relations will lead to evolution of the network. With the strategic importance of laser and photonic industry, and considering the basic feature and evolution of innovation network,government of industrial backward countries should promote the construction of innovation network by the comprehensive and professional policy supports from all levels.
