摘要
在知识经济时代,高新技术产业园区创新网络作为国家创新体系的重要组成部分倍受瞩目。通过对区域创新体系的分析,创建高新区的创新网络模型,提出创新网络三个层次;并对国内外区域创新网络的每个层次中的主体节点以及节点之间的构建进行分析,针对现有高新区创新网络建设中存在的问题,提出高新区创新网络构建的解决办法。
