采用高压电场电晕放电的方式使微小颗粒荷电,并将带电颗粒导入法拉第杯中,通过运放电路测量出法拉第杯中带电微粒的总电量,同时测算出杯中颗粒总数,即可求得微小颗粒的带电量,最终结果由单片机输出。
This article discusses using the corona discharge of high voltage electric field to charge the particle, and then importing the charged particles to the Faraday-Cup. The total amount of the charged particles in the Faraday cup can be measured by the operational amplification circuit, and divided by the cup total amount of particles to obtain each small particle with electricity. The final result will be output by the microcontroller.
