摘要
自行设计煤粉荷电与荷电量测量实验装置,采用线-筒型电极结构及直流正电晕方式荷电,荷电量的测量采用法拉第筒法.实验煤种选取无烟煤和高硫烟煤.通过对荷电电压(15kV^27kV)、粒径(63μm^237μm)、流速(0.80m/s^3.21m/s)、给粉浓度(2.23kg/m3~22.53kg/m3)和煤种等主要影响因素与颗粒荷质比之间关系的实验研究,得到煤粉电晕荷电的规律性,为进一步深入探究煤粉荷电本质提供了有价值的参考依据.
The system of charging and measuring of pulverized-coal charge is designed for the structure of line-cylinder. Its principle is to charge pulverized coal by positive corona discharge and measure the electric quantum of particles by Faraday cup. The electric charge-tomass ratio of anthracite and high sulfur bituminous coal particles was measured for different pole positive voltage (15 kV-27 kV),mean sieving particle size (63 μm-237 μm),jet flow velocity (0.80 m/s-3. 21 m/s) and powder feed concentration(2.23 kg/m^3-22.53 kg/m^3), and obtained the regularity of pulverized coal's corona charge. The result provided a credibility overall of reference for thorough investigation for pulverized coal charge.
