表面活性剂降压增注机理及其在镇北油田的应用 被引量:26

摘要 镇北油田低渗储层物性较差,受传统开发方式的影响,部分井存在注水压力高、上升速度快、能量消耗快、长期欠注等现象,常规的酸化解堵等措施有效期短、费用较高。为此,研制合成了新型氟碳表面活性剂FCS-08,能有效降低表面张力及界面张力,改变岩石表面润湿性。该项新技术在现场试验3口井,均取得了较好的降压增注效果,其中的镇298-307井注水压力降低32.3%,视吸水指数升高了87.04%。 The low permeability reservoirs in Zhenbei oilfield have poor physical properties.After developed by traditional methods,part of the wells have presented high water injection pressure,rapid pressure rising,rapid energy consumption,under-injection and so on.Conventional measures such as acidizing plugging removal have short validity and high cost.Therefore,we developed a new type of synthesized fluorocarbon surfactant FCS-08,which can effectively reduce surface tension and interfacial tension,and alter rock wettability.This new technology has been tested in 3 wells.All have shown good effect of reducing injection pressure and increasing injection,of the 3 wells,Zhen 298-307 had injection pressure decreased by 32.3% and apparent injectivity index increased by 87.04%.
