摘要
结合电力工程实验教学中心建设实际,从改革实验教学体系、健全教学管理制度、创新管理体制、优化运行机制、平台内涵建设、发挥示范辐射功能等方面进行了探讨。构建了具有系统性、层次性、互动性、多维度的实验教学体系和全方位、立体化的教学管理模式。形成具有主管层、决策管理层和工作层的三层管理体系构架,优化了运行机制,提高了设备的利用率和教学效益。不断加大中心开放,加强示范辐射作用,提升服务水平。
Taking into consideration the construction of the power engineering teaching demonstration center, the reform of experimental teaching and management system, the innovation of management, the optimization of mechanism, and the radiation effect of the demonstration center were discussed. The systematic, hierarchical, interactive, multidimensional teaching system was constructed. A three-layer management system was constructed, the experiment teaching resources were optimized, and the device utilization rate and teaching efficiency were raised.
