摘要
根据移动式排气除尘罩钢结构主要部件为顶部锥形集尘罩结构和底梁支架的结构特点,利用大型有限元分析软件MSC.Patran/Nastran,建立了有限元模型,研究了顶部集尘罩结构和底梁支架的应力以及位移情况,对比分析了两种梁截面情况下的底梁支架稳定性。结果表明,应用MSC.Patran/Nastran软件分析计算具有较高的精度,所建立的模型和简化方法合理,计算结果可进一步应用于指导移动式排气除尘罩的结构设计。
Based on the construction .feature of a top pyramid dust cover and a bottom beam frame in the steel structures of a type of mobile dust and venting cover, a finite element model is established with large scale finite element analysis software MSC.Patran/Nastran, the structure stresses and displacements of the top pyramid cover and the bottom beam frame are analyzed, and the stability of the bottom beam frame is also analyzed and contrasted with two kinds of cross of beam. The results indicate the analysis is relatively accurate, the finite element model and the analysis method is appropriate. The result can tie further used for the design of this kind of mobile (lust and venting cover steel strticture.
