摘要
根据某型号电除尘器灰斗的结构特点,利用有限元分析软件 ANSYS,建立了其有限元模型,在各种载荷的共同作用下,对灰斗进行静力学的有限元分析。在分析的基础上,对灰斗进行了结构优化设计。结果表明,原设计有较大的设计余量,优化设计使灰斗的设计重量降低了11.0%。研究结果对大型电除尘器的结构设计具有现实的指导意义。
According to the structure characteristics of a large-scale electrical precipitator hopper, a FEM model of it is constructed by using the ANSYS software and the static analysis is carried out under the interaction of all kinds of loads. On the basis of the analysis, the structural optimization design of the hopper is implemented. The result shows that the original design can be improved greatly, and the design weight of the optimization structure is decreased at 11.0% by compared with that of the original one. The given result can provide guidance to the practical design of the hopper structure.
