老年高血压患者心力衰竭血浆心肌营养素-1的变化 被引量:5

Changes and significance of plasma cardiotrophin-1 in elderlyhypertensive patients with heart failure

摘要 目的:探讨血浆心肌营养素-1(CT-1)在老年高血压患者心力衰竭(心衰)中的作用及意义。方法:选择年龄≥65岁的高血压患者96例,其中72例并发心衰者为心衰组,24例无心衰者为对照组。两组采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆CT-1水平,锐普荧光干式定量分析仪测定N端脑钠肽(NT-pro BNP)含量,同时采用GE Vivid 7超声心动图测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果:心衰组血浆CT-1、NT-pro BNP水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且随着心衰程度加重二者水平逐渐增高。不同心功能级别组CT-1水平差异均具有统计学意义(F=48.37,P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,心衰组血浆CT-1与NT-pro BNP呈正相关(r=0.703,P<0.01),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.42,P<0.01)。结论:老年高血压心衰患者血浆CT-1水平明显升高,并与NT-pro BNP和LVEF有较好相关性。 Objective:To explore the changes and significances of plasma cardiotrophin-1(CT-1) in elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure. Method:There were 96 hypertensive patients aged 65 or older enrolled in the study.Among them,72 patients with heart failure were chosed as the study group,and 24 patients without heart failure as the control group.Plasma CT-1 was measured by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).N terminal probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP) concentration was tested by Pu Rui fluorescent dry quantitative analyzer,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) was evaluated by GE Vivid 7 Doppler echocardiography. Result:Plasma levels of CT-1 and NT-pro BNP were significantly higher in study group than those in control group(P0.01),and with progression of heart failure,the levels of CT-1 and NT-pro BNP progressively increased.Plasma CT-1 level in different NYHA had statistical significance(P0.05).In study group,plasma CT-1 level was positively(r=0.703,P0.01) and negatively(r=-0.42,P0.01) cor related with NT-pro BNP and LVEF,respectively. Conclusion:Plasma CT-1 level is significantly elevated in elderly hypertensive patients with heart failure.There are close correlations of CT-1 with NT-pro BNP and LVEF.
