摘要
老年人心力衰竭发病率高,且早期症状、体征不典型,常合并多器官疾病,极易误诊和漏诊,治疗棘手.笔者结合病例,参阅文献,总结老年心衰竭的治疗特点,以供临床借鉴.
The senior citizen heart failure disease incidence rate is high,also the incipient symptoms, the symptom are atypical often merges multi--organ disease,extremely easy to misdiagnose and to leak examines,treatment thorny. The author unifies case of illness, the reference literature, summarizes the old age heart failure treatment characteristic, supplies the clinical model.
