摘要
论文运用实证调查的方法,阐述了农业现代化进程中,中国农业的发展应切实将目标转移到依靠科技进步与提高农民整体素质的轨道上来的重要议题。论文在描述当前农民职业分化现状的基础上,分析指出新型职业农民的培育应主要围绕科学文化素质、现代农业生产技能、职业意识三大方面展开。论文最后经过进一步的探讨,得出新型职业农民的培育养成可以产生显著的经济效应和社会效应的结论。
This paper,by using the method of empirical investigation,expound the important issues in the process of agricultural modernization that the target development of the China’s agricultural development should be effectively transferred to the orbit which is relying on scientific and technological progress and improving farmers’overall quality. In the mean while ,the paper,on the basis of describing the current situation about the occupational differentiation of farmers ,points out that the cultivation of the new professional farmers should primarily focus on the scientific and cultural qualities ,modern agricultural production skills and career awareness. Finally,after further discussion,it draws the conclusion that the new professional farmers’ cultivation and development can generate significant economic and social effect.
