摘要
为调查南黄海滩涂9种底栖贝类中硒的含量,采用氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)对海洋贝类中硒含量进行测定和分析。结果:南黄海滩涂9种底栖贝类中角螺软体的硒含量最高,达到1.776mg/kg,其次为缢蛏,硒含量为1.464mg/kg。泥螺和文蛤中硒含量相对较低,为0.388mg/kg和0.316mg/kg。南黄海滩涂底栖贝类中硒含量较高,但是不同海洋贝类软体中硒含量存在显著差异。
To survey the selenium content of benthic shellfish in the South Yellow Sea tidal flats, the con- tent of selenium in marine shellfish were determined and analyzed using hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). Results: the highest content of selenium of benthic shellfish in the South Yellow Sea tidal flats is Hemifusus tuba 1.776 mg/kg,followed by Sinonovacula constrzcta 1.464 mg/kg,the selenium content of Bullacta exarata and Meretrix rneretrix are relatively lower, which are 0.388 mg/kg and 0.316 mg/kg. Conclusion :the selenium content of benthic shellfish in the South Yellow Sea tidal flats is higher,but different marine shellfish organisms exist significant differences.
