摘要
美国社区学院的转学教育、职业教育、继续教育、补偿教育等职能决定了社区学院在终身教育体系构建中的地位。在办学特色上,以为社区居民服务为中心,学费低廉,学生构成上的多样性、开放性、国际性等特点,使社区学院充分发挥了其在终身教育体系构建中的作用。借鉴美国社区学院发展经验,以终身教育理念发展我国社区学院,从政府主导作用、协调各级各类教育、多样化的办学模式和打通各类教育关联等方面进行建设。
The functions of community college in America such as transfer education, career education, further education and compensating education determine the status of community college in the construction of America＇s lifelong education system. Community colleges focus on community services with low tuition and diverse, opening and international student composition, making a special effect on the construction of America＇s lifelong education system. Drawing lessons from the experience of American community college, and with the concept of life-long education, community colleges in China should be developed and constructed from the government＇s leading role, coordinating all types of education at all levels, diversified educational mode and through various education association.
