摘要
研究了不同结构活性染料对羧甲基壳聚糖皂洗效果的影响;羧甲基壳聚糖与净洗剂LS复配后对活性染料染色皂洗效果的影响。对其进行了皂洗效果表征:测量了表面颜色深度,摩擦牢度和水洗牢度。结果表明:羧甲基壳聚糖的皂洗效果优于单独使用净洗剂。4种不同结构的活性染料皂洗效果如下:活性翠蓝KN-G>活性红M-8B>活性红紫X-2R>活性艳黄K-6G。羧甲基壳聚糖与普通净洗剂复配的最佳配比2︰1。
The effects of different reactive dye structure on carboxymethyl chitosan soap washing performance are investigated. The compound of carboxymethyl chitosan and washing detergent LS is used for the reactive dyeing soap washing. The wash effects such as the surface color depth, rubbing and washing fastness is measured. The results show that carboxymethyl chitosan is better than that of only use detergent regarding to the washing performance. The wash effects of reactive dye with four kinds different structure are as follows: reactive turquoise blue KN-G 〉 reactive red M-8B 〉 reactive red purple X-2R 〉 reactive brilliant yellow K-6G. The preferable ratio of carboxymethyl chitosan to common detergent is 2 : 1.
