摘要
为更好地表征还原法溶解羊毛的效果,在中性溶解液中溶解羊毛,对溶解产物进行分析和测量,并对溶解效果进行表征。结果表明:试剂主要作用于羊毛的皮质细胞;尿素的浓度越高,对角蛋白的溶胀效果越好,溶解率越高,当每克羊毛中加入0.5 g十二烷基硫酸钠和0.510 mol/L的β-巯基乙醇时,羊毛溶解率明显提高;温度对溶解也有显著影响,在一定温度下,羊毛溶解率随温度的升高而升高,但温度过高会破坏角朊大分子。
For better characterization of wool dissolution based on reduction method, a reduction method which has a higher dissolution rate was chosen to dissolute wool fiber in neutral dissolving liquid. The dissolved products were analyzed and measured, and the dissolution effect was characterized. The results showed that the solvent mainly acts on wool cortical cells ; the higher the concentration of urea, the better the swelling effect of keratin, and the higher the dissolution rate. The wool dissolution rate is markedly improved with 0.5 g SDS/(g wool) and 5% of β-mercaptoethanol; the dissolution is also significantly impacted by temperature, the wool dissolution rate increases with temperature, but extra high temperature will result in damage and degradation of keratinocy-tes macromolecules.
