摘要
在传统的移相全桥零电压零电流(ZVZCS)变换电路的基础上,采用变压器和隔直电容串联,滞后桥臂串联饱和电抗器,使得超前桥臂实现零电压开通,滞后桥臂实现零电流关断;副边整流电路采用倍流整流,实现整流二极管零电流自然关断,变换器主要的功率器件都工作在软开关状态,并且有较大的软开关范围,饱和电抗器的单向饱和也降低了其损耗。整个变换电路降低了功率器件的开关损耗,减少了干扰,提高了变换电路的电磁兼容性能力,特别适合大功率场合。简单讨论了软开关范围和参数的关系。在此基础上,制作2kW的软开关全桥变换器,试验结果表明该变换器的良好性能。
Based on the traditional phase shift control zero - voltage zero - current switching (ZVSZCS) full bridge converter, a novel ZVSZCS current -doubler- rectifier converter is proposed, by using a dc -block capacitor in series with the transformer, and a saturable inductor in series with the lagging - leg. Zero - voltage switching for the leading - leg and zero - current switching for the lagging - leg can be achieved respectively, and the rectifier diodes in the second- ary side are turned off naturally. All the power semiconductors in the converter are operated in wide range soft - switc- hing condition, and loss of the saturable inductor can be decreased due to its one direction saturable. Hence the switc- hing stress, losses and interference are reduced, and EMC is improved. The novel converter is especially suitable for the high power output applications, the switching frequency can be increased, and the dynamic response can be improved. The soft - switching operating range and the design considerations are discussed simply. Finally a 2kW converter is im- plemented, and the experimental results show the good performances.
