摘要
为了实现高频正激变换器中变压器磁通的可靠复位,减小开关损耗,改善电磁干扰(EMI)噪声的影响,可以采用有源缓冲、RCD缓冲和谐振变换器等方法,但这些方法都存在着很多不足的地方。鉴于此,提出了一种采用倍流整流的无源无损正激变换器,这种电路不需要额外的开关和控制电路,可以实现高频变压器磁通的可靠复位,而且它不包含有损元件。与前面几种方法相比,这种电路有较高的可靠性,具有更高的性能价格比。并详细分析了主电路的结构和工作原理,给出了关键参数设计准则。仿真结果证明了理论分析结果的正确性。
To reset transformer excitation flux reliably,reduce the switching losses and improve influence of EMI noises in high frequency forward converters,several kinds of methods have been proposed,including RCD snubbers,active snubbersand resonant converters,and so on.These methods have many shortages.In consideration of these shortages,this paper puts forward a passive lossless forward converter with current double rectifier(CDR).The circuit does not require an extra switch or additional control circuit,and can resets the transformer excitation flux reliably,and does not include lossy components.So the circuit has higher reliability and higher performance/price ratios than above several kinds of methods. The paper analyzes the frame and operating principle of main circuit in detail.The key parameters design principles of the circuit are given.The simulation results confirm validity of the theoretical analysis results.
