摘要
在查阅区域经济发展与产业发展关系的研究文献时,发现不少文献在做实证研究时,选择区域GDP作为区域经济发展的代表性指标,选择产业总产值作为该产业的代表性指标,并从省市统计年鉴获得数据,应用模型进行实证分析并得出结论。通过分析可知此类实证研究结论并不能真正解释区域经济与产业发展之间的关系,问题产生的原因与指标选择不当及相关概念界定不清有关。给出区域经济与产业发展关系的实证研究中的概念界定与合理的指标选择,同时通过山西经济与物流产业发展关系的实例进行佐证,并提出改进建议。
Referring to the research literatures about the relationship between regional economic development and industrial development, we find that many studies select regional GDP as repre- sentative index of regional economic development, adopt gross value of industrial output as repre- sentative index of the industry, obtain data from the provincial statistical yearbooks, conduct the empirical analysis by applying models and thus arrive at a conclusion. As is exemplified in this pa- per, such conclusions of empirical research do not truthfully explain the relationship between re- gional economic and industrial developments, and the problem results in inapproporiate index se- lection and obscure definition o{ the relevant notions. Then the paper clarifies the definitions of the notions and offers rational indexes for the empirical analysis of the relationship between re- gional economy and industry development through case studies on the relationship between the provincial economy and logistics industry development in Shanxi Province with some proposals for improvement.
