摘要
探究区域物流与区域经济互动关系是提高区域物流能力、促进区域经济发展的重要途径。以货物周转量、区域物流业产值作为区域物流能力指标,以GDP作为区域经济发展水平指标,以安徽省1978～2010年的相关数据为基础,运用EViews6.0对其进行回归分析,并建立区域物流与区域经济互动关系测度和预测模型进行实证分析。研究结果表明:安徽省区域物流与区域经济具有显著相关性;1978年以来,安徽省区域物流发展可以分为物流缺乏、物流供求平衡和物流迅速发展三个阶段;未来十年,区域经济将极大地拉动物流发展。在此基础上,提出安徽省区域物流业与区域经济互动发展的政策建议。
It is an important task to coordinate regional logistics capability and regional economic development. Using turnover volume of goods and regional logistics production value as logistics capability index, and using GDP as regional economic development levels index, this paper carries out regressing analyses and an empirical research of interactive development between regional logistics and regional economic development by building relationship measure and forecasting mode. The results show that there is a marked interrelationship between regional economic development and regional logistics in Anhui province. The development of Anhui logistics industry can be divided into three stages since 1978, namely, logistics deficient stage, logistics balanced stage, and logistics rapidly developing stage. Regional economic development will give great impetus to regional logistics development in the next decade. In view of this, this paper puts forward some policy proposals concerning the interactive development between regional logistics and regional economic development in Anhui province.
