摘要
随着高校的逐年扩招,大学生面临着越来越大的就业压力。当前,大学生就业形势较为严峻。本文通过分析大学生在就业求职中存在的问题,从辅导员就业指导的优势出发,提出了解决大学生求职困难的对策与方法。
With yearly enrollment expansion of college and uni- versities, the employment pressure raises day by day. Currently, the employment situation of university student is very serious. This article tries to analyze the problem in the process of applying for a job, and start from the perspective of college counselors. Through the investigation and analysis, the author proposes some countermeasures and methods that can solve the problem.
