摘要
采用顶空-气相色谱法对包装材料中可能存在的18种有机溶剂残留进行了分析。选取三种极性不同的毛细管柱进行分离,结果发现Vocol中等极性柱分析效果较好。色谱进样口温度170℃;检测器温度250℃;柱温程序升温方式:40℃保持3min,以4℃·min-1速率升温至60℃,保持5min,再以10℃·min-1速率升温至120℃,保持10min;载气流速:1.8mL·min-1,分流比为5∶1.。样品加热平衡温度为90℃,加热时间为30min。所建立的方法线性较好,操作简便,各有机溶剂检出限在0.002~0.007mg·m-2之间,回收率在93.20%~102.53%范围内。通过对12种包装材料进行检测,表明该方法适用于包装材料中溶剂残留量的检测。
A new method for the determination of 18 kinds of organic solvent residues in packing materials by head-space gas chromatography was established. Three kinds of capillary columns with different polarity were test, and it showed vocol with medium polarity column had better performance. The inlet temperature was 170 ℃ and the flame ionization detector temperature was 250 ℃. The flow rate of carrier gas was 1.8 mL-min 1 and split ratio was 5: 1. The temperature and time for equilibration of the sample in the head-space vessel were 90 ℃ and 30 min. The detection limits of organic solvents were in the range of 0. 002-0. 007 mg-m z and the recoveries were in the range of 93.20%-102.53%. 12 kinds of packaging materials were tested, indicating that the method is suitable for the detection of residual solvents in packaging materials.
