采用正相色谱法,以二氯甲烷:正己烷:甲醇(48:50:2,v:v:v)为流动相,检测小茴香中的枯草隆、灭草隆和甲氧隆。乙腈提取、固相小柱净化处理样品,考察了洗脱剂体积、填料用量、洗脱剂组成等对萃取结果的影响。在1~100μg/mL范围内线性良好,方法检出限为0.6~1.0μg/g,枯草隆、灭草隆和甲氧隆的加标回收率分别为78.9%,83.9%,52.3%。
Normal-phase liquid chromatography is used to determine chloroxuron, monuron and metoxuron in fennel seed by taking dichloromethane : n-hexane .: methanol (48 : 50 : 2, v : v : v) as the mobile phase. The analyte is extracted from the samples by acetonitrile and cleaned with solid phase column. The influence of eluent volume, amount of packing and eluent composition on the extraction results is investigated. There's a good linearity in the range of 1-100μg/mL and the limit of detection is 0.6~1.0 μg/g. The recoveries of cbloroxuron, monuron and metoxuron are 78.9%, 83.9% and 52.3% respectively.
